mums & dads
John, we would like to wholeheartedly thank you for all the professional guidance and friendship you have shown us in the process of enabling the acquisition of our investment property. This could not have happened without your assistance and we are enormously grateful. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your services to prospective clients. Once again, a huge thank you and best regards always.
Very happy with service and outcome. Thanks for your advice re: investment. We were initially going to sell our unit to buy our townhouse. Thanks for advising us to keep the unit as an investment. It is now paying itself off. We have two properties thanks to you. Cheers!
On behalf of Michael and I, we wanted to say a big “Thank You” to you for your help in getting our home in Como sold, with the Westpac Security Transfer, and we have just settled on our new house in Sanctuary Cove in Qld this week and moving up to the Gold Coast this weekend. We are taking our annual leave and long service leave from today…. and having a few months off and getting settled into our new house. When we are back at work and settled, we will call in again to have a look at property portfolio and see if we can look at another investment property… as our new residential home is mortgage free. https://www.domain.com.au/6263-broken-hills-drive-sanctuary-cove-qld-4212-2013847087?gclid=CjwKCAjwma3ZBRBwEiwA-CsblIJUjSwQsqS_me6LZ358_VU6vniw7PQQTRYHoD6ii5fEcCHf3jOUexoClNkQAvD_BwE We would not be in this position if it was not for your help and John’s help when we first starting purchasing our home in Como and our investment properties in Sydney from 2005-2006. John will be happy to know that my brothers and I have just paid off the mortgage on the house in Goulburn NSW that we purchased for our Mum, with John’s help… back in late 2006. Thanks to you and John and your support for providing Michael and I with the opportunity to grow our wealth and the opportunities that our wealth has now provided us… we cannot thank you enough.
